When will my order shipped?
We ship all orders in 3-5 business days. The tracking infomation will be sent to you once your order is shipped.
How long does it take for my orders to arrive? (US Orders)
Standard orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days. USPS Priority mails usually arrive in 1-3 business days. USPS Priority Exptress mails usually arrive in 1-2 business days.
How long does it take for my orders to arrive? (International Orders)
We ship all international orders with USPS 1st Class International Mail service. International orders to Canada might take more than 10 business days. International orders to Europe might take more than 2 weeks. Orders to any other places in the world might takes more than 3 weeks.
Why International shipping is so expensive? How can I save on shipping?
At this point the lowest international shipping service I can offer is USPS 1st class international. Unfortunately, use any lower cost shipping rate to ship goods instead of documents violates US export laws. The good news is, our lowest 1st class rate fits up to 8oz products (up to 9-10 pins or a lot of Stickers). I also run occasional free worldwide shipping promotions. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, I offer gift wrapping! Simply check the gift wrapping option or leave a FREE gift note when you check out. You will be charged a flat rate $5 for gift wrapping service. Prices will not be shown on packing slip when you choose to gift wrap your order or leave a free gift note.
My order was delivered but there is an item missing/my item arrived damaged?
Please contact us ASAP and we will either refund you the full amount that you paid for the damaged/missing item(s) or send a replacement item(s) without additional charge out to you. Just let me know which option you prefer.
Do you accept returns/exchange?
We do accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of your order being delivered. However you will be required to cover the cost of return postage. The item that you wish to return/exchange should be in its original state (i.e. new and unused, still in its packaging). If you need to return or exchange an item, please do not hesitate to contact us!
Do you take custom orders?
I am currently not taking custom orders. I will list some first-come, first-served custom order spots on noristudio.com once there are availabilities.
